Welcome to Heather "The Sarge" King's personal web site. Heather has been a personal trainer since 1999 and a competing professional in the bodybuilding and fitness industry since 2001.

Heather came in first place in her weight class at the 2006 Canadian National Bodybuilding Championship. She has taken third place in the 2007 Championship. The Sarge is working hard now for 2009, where she plans to blow the competition away, her current training is getting her ready for the Championships and The Arnold Classics!
