What is personal training with Heather like?
Heather will work with you to help you improve your overall body composition. When you meet with her for the first time, you will discuss your fitness goals with her. Are you looking to increase strength? Endurance? Muscularity? Or, are you looking to overcome a physical issue, or prepare for sports? Whatever your goals are, Heather will tailor your training sessions to meet your needs. She will educate you on physical fitness and proper dieting to support your fitness goals.
The first step toward this is to call Heather, or go to the gym where she works, to meet with her. An informal interview will take place where Heather will find out from you, why you are there and what you want to achieve. Once you have determined that, you will sign up for a number of training sessions, which are generally twice a week. Before your first session, Heather will be planning out what your training will look like, ensuring that each session you have will her will be of top quality for your fitness needs.
From your first minute on with her, you will know that you are in the right place. Heather's focused demeanor and challenging exercises will make you feel like you are the only thing that matters for that hour...and you will be right! Once your hour is complete, you will feel invigorated, on top of the world, and your muscles will be nice and warm! After the first couple of sessions, Heather may decide to recommend diet changes, or take a whole new approach with your training as your body starts to change. One thing you can say about "the Sarge"...she does not have a cookie-cutter approach! Everything she does with you and for you is tailor-made!
So don't delay...see Heather today. Call the GoodLife at Oxford and Adelaide - (519) 438-4135.
